Two of the headline cars for Lexus at SEMA were a pair of super-orange siblings, an RC F coupe and a GS F sedan. The matched set was customized by Gordon Ting/Beyond Marketing, and featured several upgrades underneath their vivid orange wraps.
-The RC F coupe sports custom bodywork that actually seems toned down compared to the stock version. Or is that us? Okay, maybe until you get to the giant rear wing. The rolling stock consists of Sporting Rays Engineering Volk Racing TE-37 wheels, in an Ultra-Matte-Blue Gunmetal finish. The size is 20-by-10 up front and 20-by-12 at the rear, and they’re wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza rubber. Mechanical upgrades include a Takeda Retain intake system, a GReddy Performance supreme dual exhaust, a KW Suspension Varient 3 coil-over kit, and Brembo six-piston monoblock calipers. Inside, you’ll find Sparco racing seats and a six-point roll cage.
- -The GS F sedan is lowered on a Tein suspension, and also includes a Takeda intake, Brembo brakes, and a GReddy dual exhaust. Its bright-orange bodywork is set off by Advan GT premium gloss black wheels with Falken Azenis FK 453 tires. A carbon-fiber lower-body aero kit is by Sumeru.

Rounding out the Lexus stand were turbo-four-cylinder versions of the RC coupe and the IS sedan. The RC 200t, in Cosmic Blue, was customized with Stance 20-inch wheels, a lowered suspension, and an aftermarket exhaust. The IS 200t was decked out with a carbon-fiber aero kit, gold 20-inch Voseen wheels, and a lowered suspension. Finally, Lexus showed off its RC F GT3 racer, which will begin competing next year, with Scott Pruett as a driver.
